Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Pattern Lane, we value your trust and are committed to delivering designs that inspire and delight. Every pattern is created with care, originality, and attention to detail. However, we also understand that sometimes situations change, or expectations may differ. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds in a fair and transparent manner.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request a project cancellation by contacting us at thepatternlane@gmail.com or through our Contact Page.

  • Cancellations requested at least 15 business days before the end of the ongoing service period will be applied to the following service cycle.

  • Please note: For custom projects already in progress, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable as it covers initial design time, trend research, and concept development.

Refund Policy

  • We strive to deliver designs that reflect your vision, with flexibility for revisions and refinements.

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

    • Genuine dissatisfaction with the service or digital product, after revisions have been attempted.

    • Technical errors on our part, such as incorrect file delivery or non-compliance with agreed specifications.

  • Eligibility & Timelines:

    • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase or project delivery.

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Due to the digital and creative nature of our work, completed designs or final delivered files are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not applicable for:

    • Projects where the final designs were approved by the client.

    • Change of mind after full delivery.

    • Discounted or promotional packages.
